Everyday communication is often characterised by reactivity, misunderstanding and a lack of the connection we long for in relationship.
Compassionate Communication is a means of exploring how we make choices in our communication. It supports a greater understanding of how others may hear us and how we may hear others and so provides a pathway to the compassionate and empathic understanding of others and ourselves. Read more

Reasons for coming on a course include:
- Noticing that relationships with partners, parents, children or friends exhibit a repeated pattern, feel stuck or are otherwise proving less fulfilling than wished
- Being aware of patterns of behaviour such as irritability, anger, lethargy, reactivity, anxiety, that are not proving life-serving
